How to use
From surface preparation
to the finished bond.
Clean and dry the surfaces, removing oil, wax and paint.
Pre-fit the parts before mixing.
Measure resin (Part A) and hardener (Part B) in equal volumes, or at a ratio of 100:80 by weight.
Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes until homogeneous.
Apply to one or both surfaces as required and assemble within the working time.
Leave undisturbed until cured. Full cure takes 24 hours.

Storage & handling
Store in a dry place in the original, properly closed containers at 2–40°C. Close partially emptied containers immediately.
Application notes
Does not bond polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP).
Not for continuously wet areas or water immersion.
Not for applications requiring short-term heat exposure above 100°C.

How should the resin and hardener be mixed?
Mix Part A and Part B in equal volumes (1:1), or at 100:80 by weight. Mix thoroughly for 2 minutes.

The working time for Bondtite Total Gem is 80–100 minutes at 25°C for a 100 g mixture and the full cure time is 24 hours. The packaging states an 8-hour setting time; setting and full cure are different stages.
