A solvent-borne synthetic rubber-based adhesive formulated for excellent heat resistance up to 180°C.
The product at a glance.
Where to use it and what it bonds.
From surface preparation
to the finished bond.
Clean and dry both surfaces, removing dust, oil, grease and rust.
Stir the adhesive until uniform, then spread a thin, even coat on both surfaces.
Let the solvent evaporate until tack develops, usually 5–10 minutes depending on temperature and humidity.
Join with uniform pressure to remove air pockets. Optimum strength develops after 24 hours.

Bondtite Heatbond is used for vertical laminate pasting, curved surfaces, plywood to laminate bonding, leather articles, bus body work and automotive interiors.
Yes. Its quick grab and strong bonding efficiency help laminates stay in position during vertical application.
Bondtite Heatbond is formulated for heat resistance up to 180 degrees Celsius within its intended use conditions.
Clean the surfaces, stir the adhesive, apply a thin uniform layer on both substrates, allow solvent evaporation to develop tack, then assemble with uniform pressure.
